We have some exciting news about a new addition to the team at Hoveton Hall. We are teaming up with local Chef, Alex Firman, who will be running his business, soon to be renamed Garden Kitchen Catering from the Estate. Alex has been a chef for more than 15 years with experience including Michelin starred restaurants and also founding the successful St Nicholas Stores deli bar in Suffolk.
They will provide catering services at Hoveton Hall for our on-site events with a range that extends from Hog Roasts, BBQs and Street Food to Tapas and Canapes as well as taking over our Tea Rooms which will re-open next spring as the Garden Kitchen Café. Their extensive repertoire of tasty delicacies will make the mouth water – from a tomato, olive, rocket and feta wrap, to Dingley Dell free-range pork pie and, for those with a sweet tooth, goodies such as ginger & walnut cupcakes and zillionaires shortbread.
